The Treasurer's Office oversees all of the financial operations of the district. The department is responsible for all accounting, payroll, insurances, forecasting, budgeting, investing as well as all State, Federal and Local financial reporting requirements of the district.

Julie Smith, Treasurer/CFO
Julie has been the Treasurer of the Northwest Local School District since June 2015. Prior to that she was an Assistant Treasurer at the South Central OH ESC for 13 years. Julie received an Associate Degree from Marshall University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland. She is also a proud graduate of Northwest High School, Class of 1987.
Tammy Burchett
Tammy has been with the Treasurer's office since 2003. She is responsible for payroll processing, payment of invoices, and board meeting agendas. She also assists with month end balancing and handles the courier duties between buildings.

Debbie Spriggs
Debbie has been with the District since 2003 and splits her time between the Treasurer and Superintendent's office. Her duties in the Treasurer's office include processing all requisitions/purchase orders, correspondence with vendors, accounts receivable and maintaining personnel records.
